Privacy Policy for MyroHub

Effective date: July 8, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Yiwu Shuangchu Trading Co.,Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our") processes information when you use MyroHub, an Android social application distributed through Google Play. MyroHub enables content discovery, user matching, messaging, and real-time video interaction. By creating an account or continuing to use the app after the effective date above, you acknowledge the practices described here. If you do not agree, please discontinue use and delete your account where applicable.

We process personal data only where a recognized legal basis (also referred to as a lawful basis under applicable law) supports the activity. The grounds we rely on, explained in plain language, include:

Performance of a contract. When you register for an account, subscribe to a paid plan, send messages, upload media, or use matching and chat features, we process data necessary to deliver those services under our agreement with you. This includes account identifiers, authentication credentials, profile content, communications you initiate, and subscription status needed to activate entitlements.

Legitimate interests. We may process certain information where our interests are not overridden by your rights. Examples include maintaining platform security, detecting abuse, improving performance through aggregated diagnostics, and operating core infrastructure. Before relying on legitimate interests, we balance our needs against your privacy expectations and provide mechanisms to object where required by law.

Consent. Where Android permissions or optional features require your affirmative choice—such as enabling the camera for video chat, the microphone for voice messages, or access to photos and media you manually select—we process related data based on consent you grant through the system permission dialog or in-app action. You may withdraw consent by revoking permissions in Android settings or ceasing use of the feature; withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing.

Legal obligation. We may retain or disclose information when required to comply with applicable laws, lawful requests from authorities, tax or accounting rules, or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

The following table maps primary processing purposes to legal bases:

| Processing purpose | Legal basis |

|---|---|

| Account creation, login, and credential management | Performance of a contract |

| Profile, avatar, and user-generated social content | Performance of a contract; consent for optional media |

| Matching, feed display, and chat delivery | Performance of a contract |

| Subscription verification and entitlement management | Performance of a contract |

| Hosting, transmission, and storage via infrastructure providers | Performance of a contract; legitimate interests |

| Analytics, crash reporting, and stability monitoring | Legitimate interests |

| Fraud prevention, security monitoring, and incident response | Legitimate interests; legal obligation where applicable |

| Responding to privacy and data subject requests | Legal obligation; legitimate interests |

Residents of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland may have additional rights regarding these bases, as described under Rights and U.S. Notices.

Transfers

MyroHub is offered globally. Information we collect may be processed in China and in other countries where our service providers operate. Data protection laws in those locations may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

When we transfer personal data from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland to countries without an adequacy decision, we implement appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms permitted by applicable law. You may request further information about transfer safeguards by contacting us at edwardmpeggydtinar@gmail.com.

Transfers to infrastructure and analytics providers occur solely to support service delivery, reliability, and improvement as described in this policy. We do not transfer data for unrelated commercial resale.

Permissions

MyroHub requests Android permissions only in connection with features you actively choose. Permissions are not used to collect information silently in the background.

Camera

Purpose: Capture video during live video chat and take a new profile photo when you select the camera option for avatar updates.

When triggered: Only after you tap to enter video chat or choose to photograph an avatar—not at app launch or during passive browsing.

Background usage: The camera is not used in the background. We do not record video, take photos, or access the camera when you are not in an active camera-enabled session.

Withdrawal: You may deny or revoke camera access through Android Settings > Apps > MyroHub > Permissions. Without camera access, video chat and camera-based avatar capture will be unavailable; other features such as text chat may continue to work.

Microphone

Purpose: Transmit audio during video chat and record voice messages you choose to send in chat.

When triggered: Only when you enter video chat or press the voice-message control to record.

Background usage: The microphone is not used in the background. We do not listen to ambient audio, record continuously, or activate the microphone outside explicit user-initiated recording or call sessions.

Withdrawal: Revoke microphone permission in Android settings. Voice messages and video-call audio will not function without it.

Photos and Media

Purpose: Let you select images from your device for profile avatars, chat attachments, and other media you choose to share.

When triggered: When you tap actions such as "send image," "choose from gallery," or "select avatar from album." We read only the specific items you pick through the system picker or scoped media access; we do not scan your entire library.

Background usage: Photos and media access is not used in the background. No automatic upload of unselected files occurs.

Withdrawal: Revoke photos/media permission in Android settings. You may still send text messages; image selection features will be limited.

External Storage

Purpose: Support reading and caching of media files you explicitly select or save in connection with chat and profile features, consistent with Android scoped storage practices.

When triggered: In media selection, download, or cache scenarios tied to user-initiated actions.

Background usage: External storage is not accessed in the background for unrelated file enumeration.

Withdrawal: Revoking storage-related permissions may limit saving or re-accessing certain local media within the app.

Sharing Matrix

We do not sell personal and sensitive user data.

We share information only as described below and with categories of recipients that help us operate MyroHub:

Cloud Hosting / CDN

Analytics / Crash reporting

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger or acquisition subject to continued protection of your data.

We do not permit service providers to use personal data for their own unrelated marketing. Contractual terms require processors to handle data only on our instructions and apply appropriate security measures.

Platform Scope

This Privacy Policy applies exclusively to MyroHub on Google Play for Android devices. It does not govern websites, services, or applications on other platforms unless we state otherwise in writing.

Permission descriptions, storage behavior, and system settings references in this document follow Android conventions, including scoped storage for photos and media. We do not collect Apple IDFA or use iOS-specific frameworks; MyroHub is not distributed through the Apple App Store under this policy.

Feature availability may vary by device model, Android version, and region. Subscription products and pricing appear in the in-app product listing on Google Play.

Data Inventory

We collect information from you, your device, and your use of the app. Categories include:

Account and registration data. When you create an account, we collect information you provide such as email address, display name, password or authentication token, and account identifiers assigned by our systems. This data supports registration, login, account recovery, and customer support.

Profile and social content. You may provide avatar images, biographical details, preferences, and content visible on your profile or in the feed. Messages, images, voice recordings, and video-session metadata generated through chat and matching features are stored to deliver those services.

Device and technical data. We collect device model, operating system version, app version, language settings, IP address, and diagnostic logs. This supports security, analytics, crash analysis, and service delivery.

Subscription and transaction-related data. If you purchase a subscription through Google Play, we receive product identifiers and entitlement status from the store to activate premium features. Payment card details are processed by Google, not by us directly.

Communications with us. If you contact support or submit a privacy request, we process the content of your message and contact details to respond.

Data safety disclosure (Google Play alignment):

| Data type | Collected | Shared | Purpose | Required / Optional |

|---|---|---|---|---|

| Email / Account ID | True | False | Account creation, authentication, and support | Required |

| Device info | True | True | Analytics, security, and service delivery | Required |

| Photos and videos | True | False | Profile and in-app media features | Optional |

No specific third-party SDK inventory was supplied for publication at the time this policy was drafted; infrastructure and diagnostic processing nonetheless occurs through the recipient categories listed in Sharing Matrix. We will update this policy if materially different SDKs are integrated.

Supplementary Reviewer Transparency

This section provides additional detail for app store reviewers, regulators, and users who wish to understand processing activities in structured form.

Processing activities not performed: We do not sell personal data. We do not use the camera, microphone, or photo library in the background. We do not conduct cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under the CCPA. We do not perform automated profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects for matching recommendations beyond standard social discovery logic.

Sensitive data minimization: Video and voice content exist only for the duration needed to provide the feature and as retained under Retention. Location precision data is not collected through a dedicated location permission.
